My name is Carys and I sing as CarysMai. I am English but I grew up in France for 15 years. I like to sing covers of popular music as well as work on my own compositions.

I am equally as happy singing in intimate scenarios eg bars as well as on stage at music festivals or for weddings

As CarysMai I have started working on my first EP and as lead singer in Alys we have released our first EP « Road trip » and we are currently working on some new songs You can find these via Spotify, Deezer etc

Although I have had professional saxophone, drum and singing lessons I am self taught on the guitar.
I am confident working on my own and in a group situation. I am currently at a crossroads in my life concentrating on my music and my events career.
 

Musical history

I have spent 7 years playing saxophone, drums and singing in local orchestras and choirs as well as singing as part of a family group Tone and the Tonettes. As well as singing in a new local group called Alys.
