I worked alone as a waitress in a small french restaurant with a maximum capacity of 45 people where I was in charge of running the bar, food service, taking bookings and washing up.

During the busy times I would help my colleague to finish prepping the starters and deserts.

I thoroughly enjoyed the client relationship formed and I think that it is a big part of the service.

I also had the opportunity to plan and host a private wedding party.
